I've confirmed that the layout works in IE 6, so the <a href="sinoblogs/">Sinoblog</a> page is now open to the public.  I'll be adding more as I discover them; for example, <a href="http://www.gnacademy.org/joe/chinablog.html">Joseph Wang's China Blog</a>.  This is <em>NOT</em> a Who's Who of China weblogging.  It's my personal weblog bookmark file.  If Frank Yu starts up a Chloggers page, I will defer to his.
