##Inspectors Head East?

This is intriguing, I wonder why the <a href="http://www.nytimes.com">New York Times</a> hasn't picked up on it yet.

##Zhu, Zhu, He's Our Man

I harbor a slight fanship for Zhu Rongji, China's top economic policy-maker under Jiang Zemin.  It makes me happy when he gets <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2003/03/06/international/asia/06CHIN.html?pagewanted=print" title="Retiring Premier Says China Must Pump Money Into Economy">a positive review</a> in the New York Times.  In his weblog, <a href="http://www.tschang.net" title="tschang.net">TS Chang</a> tells us that many delegates at the <a href="http://www.npcnews.com.cn/">National Peoples' Congress</a> <a href="http://www.tschang.net/2003_03_01_archive#90176780">speak fondly of him</a> too.
