How new is this?  <a href="http://news.google.com/news?hl=zh-CN&gl=cn&promo=HPP-newstc">Google News, Chinese language edition.</a>  It looks like they are sourcing a fair amount of different Chinese language papers, including many mainland dailies and online news services (Sohu, Xinhuanet).  UPDATE: I should have known, <a href="http://www.danwei.org/archives/000933.html" title="Danwei.org: Google News in Chinese">Danwei</a> has already blogged this one.
