Ziboy's photo weblog currently has dozens of action-packed photos of the recent anti-Japan protests in Beijing. These people are protesting another round of Japanese textbook revisions that omit cruelties towards the local populations by Japanese occupying forces in Korea and China during the pre-WW2 period, the occupation by Japan of certain small islands in the South China Sea, and a recent proposal to expand the United Nations security council to include, among other countries, a re-militarizing Japan. Keep in mind that the action and violence in Ziboy's photos are not only cool and exciting to look at, but more importantly are unlikely to be found in domestic--and possibly international--reporting on the protests.
