Now that one monkey is off my back, I'll replace it with wanting to research and write a profile of "<a href="http://blog.sina.com.cn/m/bingge" title="Sina Blog">Brother Bing</a>" (兵哥), affable and gregarious host of Hunan TV's 《乡村发现》, "Farm Country Discoveries".
