Through the grapevine, I heard about but didn't go to the recent <a href="http://www.pecha-kucha.org/shanghai" title="Pecha Kucha Night: Global  &raquo; SHANGHAI">Pecha Kucha</a> night over at Moganshan Road:

<a href="http://www.sinocities.net/?p=93" title="Sinocities: 018 PECHA KUCHA SH VOL.1 = SUCCESS !">Looks like</a> I missed out on quite a cool event.  I definitely hope to catch the next one.

Two of the presenters at the first Pecha Kucha were Zhu Jie & Sun Xiaojian of <a href="http://www.chinesecookingworkshop.com/" title="The Chinese Cooking Workshop employs chefs who can cook as well as who can teach.">Chinese Cooking Workshop</a>.  Such a cool idea, but so darned expensive.  I smell a business opportunity.
